How to explain the experience of the workshop "Zen Writing" to those who did not participate? The task is difficult. I've been thinking about it for two days and I still can't find the best words. First of all, I thank Cecilia Corti, without whom it would not have been possible to propose something new compared to my traditional workshops of Writing Creativity. The moments of "visualization" that she herself guided allowed us to enter a state of calm and tranquility ideal for facing the writing exercises. I can say it without any fear: the experiment has succeeded. No doubt (and by popular demand) we will propose it again later, focusing it on a theme different from that of the senses that accompanied the evening of March 21st. However, returning to the beginning of my writing, I lack the words to explain it convincingly. And then I will rely on ten sensations experienced.
Decalogue of wonder
1) State of deep harmony 2) Joy in seeing participants already come to my labs 3) Curiosity in discovering new participants and their different inclinations 4) Satisfaction in hearing the word "Connections" from the participants several times 5) Feeling in managing a workshop with another professional 6) Laughter in realizing that I do not know how to reproduce the laughter of Disney Goofy 7) See the smile on the lips of the participants 8) Gratification of having had a (different) idea that was successful and successful 9) Pleasure in establishing new and interesting contacts 10) see point 1)
